PUBLIC TERMS
Terms of Placement
LAST UPDATED August 22, 2026
1. What you purchase
A purchase grants a contractual digital placement and editing license for the specified 20×20 plots. It is not real property, a security, cryptocurrency, NFT, or promise of financial appreciation.
2. Your pixels
You may display legal artwork, advertising, logos, text and other expression inside your coordinates. You retain rights you already hold in submitted material. You grant the platform the rights needed to display, archive, resize and promote the canvas and your placement.
3. Content boundary
We do not remove art because it is unpopular, strange, political, offensive or commercially competitive. We may freeze or remove material that is illegal, exploits minors, contains doxxing or credible threats, distributes malware or phishing, or must be restricted under a valid legal order or rights-holder process.
4. Availability and archives
The intended commitment is to operate the live canvas for at least ten years after sellout and preserve periodic snapshots. This commitment does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every external link will remain active.
5. Payments and disputes
Prices and coordinates shown at Stripe Checkout control the order. Failed or expired payments do not create ownership. Fraud, chargebacks and disputes may freeze editing while reviewed.
6. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your artwork, name, advertising claims and destination website. You must keep account access secure.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted service and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected placement.
