Refund Policy

Before publication

Failed, abandoned or expired checkouts are not purchases. Their reserved plots automatically return to availability.

After publication

Because a verified purchase immediately assigns scarce coordinates and publishes customized digital material, completed orders are generally final except where required by law, where the platform made a material error, or where duplicate payment occurred.

Technical failures

If paid coordinates cannot be published because of a platform error, we will correct the problem, offer equivalent coordinates with your approval, or refund the affected order.

Disputes

Editing and outgoing links may be frozen during a payment dispute. Plots are not resold until the commercial state is final. Fraudulent disputes may result in loss of account access.

How to request help

Include your receipt email, purchase reference and coordinates. Final support contact details must be published before live payments are enabled.
