Information collected

We collect checkout and account information, public profile fields, artwork data, reports, technical security data and transaction identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site.

How information is used

Information is used to reserve coordinates, process and verify purchases, publish artwork, provide owner access, prevent abuse, respond to reports, maintain records and comply with law.

Public information

Your display name, artwork title, description, coordinates, purchase era and optional website may be public. Your checkout email is private unless you separately publish it.

Service providers

Hosting, storage, payments, analytics, email and security vendors may process information only as needed to provide their services. The final vendor list will be published before live payment launch.

Retention

Transaction and audit records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud and dispute purposes. Artwork versions and public snapshots may remain in the historical archive after an account is closed.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some payment, dispute and archive records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally required.
