MAXIMUM CREATIVE FREEDOM
Content Boundary
LAST UPDATED August 22, 2026
The principle
Your pixels are your space. Ads, logos, political expression, profanity, parody, strange art and unpopular opinions are allowed. The platform does not curate for taste.
The narrow boundary
Content may be restricted only for illegal sexual exploitation, doxxing, credible threats, malware or phishing, direct facilitation of serious crime, or a binding legal or rights-holder requirement.
Copyright and trademarks
Buyers are responsible for having the rights needed to use submitted material. Rights holders may submit a complete notice identifying the work, the claimed infringement, the exact coordinates and their authority to act.
Reports and freezes
Reports do not automatically remove art. A reported area may be temporarily frozen where continued editing could create immediate harm or destroy evidence. Actions are recorded in an audit log.
External links
Links that distribute malware, steal credentials or redirect to prohibited illegal material may be disabled without altering the underlying artwork.
Appeals
Owners may appeal an action and provide context or evidence. A different reviewer should handle the appeal when practicable.
